The nursing profession is changing the landscape of health care and many of us are more aware of the vital role nurses play in patient care as they serve on the front lines of of the coronavirus pandemic. This also happens to be the
International Year of the Nurse and Midwife, a fitting time to recognize our nurses and midwives. In this episode, Marla De Jong, dean of the College of Nursing, and Tracey Nixon, chief nursing officer at the University of Utah Health, share insights into the profession today.
